With a quantity of 5 or above used toner cartridges, you can enjoy a free collection service from us.

Simply follow the steps below:

Fill in request form and fax to: 2827 4383; or e-mail to: techsupp@ehk.epson.com.hk

Request Form:

Place toner cartridges in package bags, and keep in a box for delivery.

Collection will be arranged within 3 working days after we have received your request form.

After verification to be Genuine Epson Consumables, eMileage points will be credited to your membership account within 3 working days. For each returned used toner cartridge, you can get 2000 eMileage points (worth HK$20). And remember to pick your favorite presents out from Epson Genuine Color eMileage Rewards Program.

Terms and Condition:

		This collection service is valid in HK only, include HK Island, Kowloon & New Territories.
		Collection Hour : Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, exclude Saturday, Sunday & public holiday.
		This collection service is applied to Genuine Epson Toner Cartridges only
		All points or gifts are not cash-redeemable.
		We reserve the right to modify related terms and conditions without prior notice. We reserve the right to make the final judgment in case of any disputes.
