Epson Hong Kong Launches New Kowloon Service Centre

Epson Hong Kong Ltd. (EHK) has always considered customers as its first priority, and it recently opened a completely new Kowloon Service Centre in a bid to further enhance customer relations. To improve its service quality, EHK newly introduced a "1-Minute Service Counter" and a "10-Minutes Repair Service."

The "1-Minute Express Check-in Centre" allows customers to pre-register their information online for their repair needs before they bring in their machines to the service centre.
